The two other avocado plants are growing nicely now, both of them have healthy roots and one has even opened up all the way already and I think we have a stem coming from it! Excited to see what goes on in the next few weeks.
Still not a lot of change here with the avocado plant. The roots have grown quite a bit now though and the top has a few more branches growing. I was thinking a stem would have shown up but maybe I'm thinking too far ahead. The London weather definitely doesn't help either😂!

The leaves and stem have grown so much over the past week, they'll great! I think I'll have to move it into soil by the end of the week. It may take a little while but soon I will have my own sticks of celery!!
